When cutting the two diagonal lines to make the pointy part of the teeth, the nails with a more rectangular shape will have the diagonal lines be less angular. The more square shaped nails will be cut at more of an angle. Then take a nail filer and file the rough and pointy edges to give it a softer look and rounder tips. The round edges will give it a more natural look also. In the tutorial, she says to use a hot glue gun. I find that to melt the plastic a bit and it was hard to work with so instead I would recommend investing in a small bottle or tube of nail glue.
Use the ones made in USA and for Professional use. This ensures that the Glue will stay on strong. It is a very powerful glue and I would recommend using gloves. Also, before testing out your complete teeth set, please let it dry thoroughly for at least hours!!! The Link provided is a small tube of glue.
I will also add a picture of what the glue looks like in case the link no longer works. It can be found in any nail supply store as well as Ebay. The brand does not have to be exactly that however, for easy application I would recommend having the tubing look like the picture. After taking off the cap and when cutting the tip to open it, CUT at an angle for easy use.
The glue can be stored in the refrigerator or a dark cool area so it doesn't dry up. You need very little therefore the 10g bag of beads is enough to make 1 or maybe even 2 teeth sets.
When you get boiled water, have the beads ready in a heat proof cup and pour the water over. Then use a stick or anything heat proof I used a wooden chopstick to stir it around to.
Also, you can always reheat it again by placing it into the hot water. Heat the ovals again and wrap each one over your teeth, press it down to endure each nook and cranny is filled. Once you have it molded on your teeth, keep it there to cool. Make occasional sucking motions like you are sucking water from a straw to ensure the plastic will stay on securely when it hardens and won't be loose.
If you take it out to soon, the plastic is still moldable and will bend while cooling which causes the retainers too be tight on your teeth or not fit correctly so let it cool while molding to your teeth. It most likely cause by teeth shifting and the molds didn't allow it to shift or it was shifting the teeth itself. Also could be that the mold was taken out too soon when you were molding to your teeth, therefore it cooled while slightly deforming itself.

So these did not fit and did not give her the look that she wanted. Good quality product. Easy to use, but really need to include that your teeth should be straight.
I love them! Much better than any other prosthetic teeth I've tried. My only issue is that the listing says it doesnt need heating, but then says it needs heating. These teeth look amazing! Sadly my jaw is a smaller than average so it is a bit hard to wear them, so I only wear the top ones!
They still look great for my cosplays, and the instruction were easy to follow! Thank you! Dental Distortions 32 reviews. Qty Add to Cart.
